1. Our Commitment
At Julie & Paul Montreal, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to return a product. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions and process clearly.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Returns can only be requested after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping and any customs fees.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on an item is allowed; wearing it beyond fitting is not permitted.

Orders placed with the intentional purchase of multiple sizes for the purpose of partial returns are not accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at info@juliepaulmontreal.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier, which may be located outside Canada (including China).

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (track & trace) to ensure safe delivery.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and inspected:

If the product meets our return conditions, a refund will be issued.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after approval.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Liability

We are not responsible for lost return packages if no valid tracking information is provided.

We are not liable for orders marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, this remains the responsibility of the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
